Current year may mark the thirty-two anniversary of the Wrangler national finals rodeo in Las Vegas. The total prize money for different participants in this year maybe $10 million. It is the third time that the racer of the barrel has won the number 1 back number. He was Charmayne James who won the number in 1987, Mary Burger won in 2016, and Sherry Cervi won in 1995.
It sounds interesting that the age of oldest competitor Burger is 68 years and four months. The age of youngest competitor Ryder Wright is 18 years and nine months.
The Family Affair
There are several connections in the family at NFR Wrangler in 2016. In bronc saddle riding, there are 15 competitors, and 10 of these are related to each other in this field.

Carrying the Stock
Contractors of stock are paid over $8,900 for each head for livestock; they bring to the NFR wrangler and mileage. Coops were behind the Mack and Thomas Center house all this stock.
